As part of their commitment to environmental education, A Rocha USA have created Wild Wonder, a camp curriculum that helps parents and churches get kids outside and sparks their imaginations as they learn about God and explore the world around them.
Campers study nature through hands-on science experiments, observation, and conservation activities. They do crafts, play games, and have fun exploring as they experience the joy of getting to know creation. Finally, they hear what the Bible has to say about creation, worship, and take a daily Nature Break to listen to the world around them. The resource packs are available digitally and physically, to give as many groups as possible a chance to get involved.
A Rocha USA also run ‘Love your Place’, an online community for those who care about the environment, with self-paced courses designed to help cultivate a love for creation through curated science and theology materials, devotional guides, action-steps, and more. There are courses available on habitat, climate change and plastic, as well as online and in-person events, concerts, book clubs, webinars, and ecotourism trips
We would love to keep you updated by email with new videos and inspiring stories from around the world, as well as opportunities to get involved and make a difference.
